Any shareholder unconvinced that current management is the one most interested in looking after ALL shareholders should just consider that Noront did offer to sit down and make changes to make disgruntled shareholders (Funds/Institutions) more comfortable.

That 'olive branch' was turned down so ask yourselves why? The only reason I can think of is that those involved wanted MORE for themselves at the expensive of other retail shareholders.
