Now let's look at what NOT can do. NOT can likewise dilute if that is the only tactic they feel left to them and they'll get the chance to do it before Rosseau. Open up shares for all holders to buy and we'll dilute Rosseau out of their power. Like as not we'll wind up in court with this failing the vote and that could tie things up for some time with some very revealing naughty behaviour coming to light.... but it will be expensive.
