I don't mean to short but they wok together. I think mostly TD his playing in and out and work hard to bring the price down.

With the house position supply by irish1111, we see TD is increasing his position most of the time in the last few days. But when they need ( no trade for for a certain time) , they drop 20,000 shares or more to scare the market and bring more sellers. Usually it works and they buy back at cheaper price.
