Needless to say,I disagree.Somebody already did stick it to MannKind and MannKind settled.The money will be paid.If nobody else participates in the suit then all the money will go to the people that started the class action in the first place.How does that help MannKind or anybody else for that matter?If you want to get back at these people,take away some of their incentive for filing these goofy suits.Send in the paperwork.
