Calm down,Chad.Nobody on this board sued Al.A lawsuit was brought against MannKind and when it was settled,People who had bought during that time were contacted and asked if they wanted to participate.I assume that most who were contacted signed in.The money is going to be paid out no matter what , it's just a matter of how many people it will be divided among.I sent them in and won't apologize for doing so. I've owned MannKind shares for six years.I sold after the last CRL and bought back a month later, way too early because I bought into Al's partnership line again.I figured that I may as well get my share of it.If you wouldn't have done that you're probably a better man than me.You're not alone there.
