Nada, you should have received a letter a month or two ago saying that your claim was rejected and asked for more info.If you didn't get that or if you got it and sent more info in,I would tell them that.They should then give you another chance.I replied to the letter and still got "the call".I called them and have since sent them a copy of my March,2011 Ameritrade statement to prove that I still owned the shares at the beginning of March.That was not what they asked for in the rejection letter but that's what they really wanted.
