I agree with the dividend part! Maybe not quite yet, but continue to build cash. The feasability study might say to build a 5000 mill, but I think to maximize shareholder value ECU should accumulate massive cash. I personally think that the explosion might occur once the bond market bursts. I would also like to see management step up and say with their wallets, hey this company is dirt cheap and "I" am buying it with my own money. I remember I bought a stock called Rentech (rtk) a few years ago, and watched it. The stock went from 62 cents to 3 bucks in days as the shorts were forced to cover, it went up 10 cents an hour! That was fun, hopefully ECU gets the same excitement.
