Fortunately, even if you are correct, there is good evidence that the markets themselves will right the wrong. Yes, once an "investigation" comes washed out the other side as "We see no unusual activity or wrongdoing at this time", they will be able to ignore complaints, but they now have the burdon of suspicion and outside scrutiny.
Gold and silver are becoming scarce ....not enough gold for 3% of population to have any gold physically....and I suspect there is even less silver!
Coach's cynical view has rational and historical grounds, but so does mother nature and equilibrial law of averages. Gold and silver will get to their destinies in a myriad of ways..only a matter of how quickly man made barriers are removed or blown away.
