I don't know about you but I never thought $135 million for 50% dillution was fair but understood that if we needed arbitration that 730 million shares divided into $4 billion dollar claim was still around $5.45 a share.

Once the claim got reduced to $3.4 billion they were still woth way more that .37 a share. With an award of close to 1.4 which will probably be over 1.4 by the time we get our money 730 million shares would have still got us $2.00 a share.

Anything less than $2.00 a share is what I consider unfair based on Fung not delivering like promised.
