Thanks. I knew I had read it but didn't know where to look again.
I didn't mean to suggest that you were pro Tenor and JC was pro bondholders. This was just the sides of the debate you fell on. Kind of like a real debate where you know Tenor are bad guys but it is your job to argue for them Actually sounds like lawyers I guess.
So the rougue bondholders didn't make an offer with shareholders get 14%. They just floated the idea to muddy the waters. Is that a fair statement?
If it is then the difference between Tenor and the rogue bondholders is that the bondholders were working without Fung and made their agenda known and Tenor was working with Fung but kept their agenda of taking almost all the value for themselves and management hidden.
Doesn't appear to be any white knight here at all. Wish shareholders had been informed but most if not all of us were totally unaware what we were giving up with Tenor. Maybe we would have sided with the rogue bondholders had we known.
Feels like being stuck in a room with a rattlesnake and an cobra. Both will kill you but you only hear one of them.
I'm full of analogies today.
