I wouldn't put much faith in Reyes. I have communicated with him twice and my gut says Tony won't be much help to shareholders. I believe he was against a shareholder committee. Not sure about an ad hoc committee.

Other than Tenor and management, I doubt anyone thinks shareholders are getting a fair deal.
