Fung stated to the judge in the beginning that he was entering the CCAA under his altruistic intentions to protect "shareholder value".

From the Conclusion in his December 22, 2011 Affidavit:

" I believe that the issuance of the initial order under the provisions of the CCAA is necessary and desireable to facilitate the prosecution of the arbitration, an orderly payment of Crystallex's debt and assurance of residual benefit to Crystallex shareholders."

It's been fun reading the conspiracy posts here that has caused the bulk of the shareholders to leave this message board in favor of a board that sticks to the facts presented. By all means carry on. Everyone needs a place to hang his or her hat. Either way it is entertaining. I keep it rather boring at Crystallex Arbitration.
