If your numbers are correct I would love to see how the 62.5 million was spent. Hard to understand when the company wasn't in business, laid off people like Richard Marshall and others.

If the amount owing is around $80 million because of interest then none of the $62.5 million was used to pay Tenor I assume.

If anyone on the board can explain to me how Fung and Tenor now that they are the majority on the board can spend $62.5 million I would love to see it. Where the heck did the money go?????
