That is the problem with how things have unfolded and with management prior to and during CCAA protection. Lack of communication and transparency has left shareholders in the dark. Tenor has a plan, bondholders who were in court with Kry had a plan, Fung and management have a plan.
About the only stakeholder who didn't have a plan was shareholders because they were treated like mushrooms. Kept in the dark and feed $hit. Shareholders depended on management to protect us but in the end we were cut adrift.
Given all that has transpired and after reading all the legal documents posted, it seems clear to me that that there is little difference between the rogue bondholders who wanted everything and said so in court with their plan of eliminating all value of shares to start over and the white knight Tenor who hid their agenda from everyone but have a similar game plan as the bondholders. It seems like the only difference is that Tenor did a much better job courting management or maybe it was the other way around.
