EZ, I'd love to see your scenario play out. And it actually sounds like a pretty good solution to this situation. BUT, I don't think it was preplanned by KRY's BOD. If so, then they are lying when they say they were blindsided. A lie is a lie. They can't be lying to us. And I haven't come up with a good reason why it should take such a long timeline from when China and KRY first negotiated with one another on this vs now. Why would China invest so much time if they were going to do "this". So I don't think any of this MOC grabbing attempt by VZ was part of any KRY plan. Although I do think that if Fung is really as intelligent as many say, he had to have had a "possible scenario" list, and what has now happened had to have been on that list. Now I have to believe he also had a remedy list for everything on the possible scenario list.

So I hold. They're gonna have to pry these shares from my dead fingers. 14 cents? Pleeze. Talk about oversold.
