The Company has maintained their compliant MOC, obtained financing to get themselves through this 'quiet period'

Tracker....not sure why we needed additional funds to help us through the "quiet period". The quiet period was supposed to end and the deal consummated last September\October. It is my understanding that we had plenty of funds to carry us through to at least next April without the surprise, dilutive, "pump 'n dump" financing. Could you please elaborate on why you feel this bought deal financing was required? TIA
