I've always wondered how our disclosure rules ever trump a feceral decision made elsewhere. Surely we get first a Vennie proclamation, then, if it's deemed necessary, our shareholders are given the opportunity to decide whether to jump in or not. In the meantime, the first public announcement would follow on the heels of the Vennie proclamation.
