"Heres the question, lets say Teck take`s what ever, Cuu has company`s lining up to buy what ever % back....can the new company use the millions of dollars to drill and prove up more?"

The simple answer is yes. The "new" company who buys out cuu, say by buying all the outstanding shares from existing shareholders, will inherit the agreement with Teck with all the rights and obligations arising out of that agreement. JMO
