My guess is that you are not God. If you were God, we wouldn't be in this situation!

But I am not here to engage in a religious debate, as this is not a religious forum. Besides, I am not well versed in that area.

What I will debate is the fact that if the Tesoro is so huge that world powers are trying to steal it away from us, why don't they just offer us $5 a share, even $3 would suffice. I bet you 95% of the shareholders would jump all over that in a heart beat and the world leaders wouldn't have to worry about being investigated by securities......everyone would be happy and go on their merry way. Just saying?

And, yes, securities are still investigating. This is a FACT
