Nice apology and great post.
The FACT that Lori has held back news for over a year, has to be justified by her at some point before the AGM,( or at least I would think). I beleive Lori,s term for office is coming up, (the circular, when it comes, should say this either way), so I really can,t see her NOT JUSTIFYING why she held the news back, before we go into the AGM. I can,t see her jeopardizing her credibility, responsibility or accountability. No body in their right mind would do that, so, I think she will most likely give us the answers BEFORE the deadline of online voting. She owes this to her supportive shareholders.
If she would have kept us informed and up to date on all the things that were going on with SLI, WE may have taken bigger positions and offered more support to the sp. By her not releasing all this material info, she has to some degree, denied us of that consolation and we have set here watching, but maybe not buying as much more as we would have liked, or maybe should have. So, I beleive Lori didn,t do this deliberately, BUT HAD to.
And if you ask why she HAD TO, then the only answer I can find at this time; is that the 2 properties must be in play.
Someone PLEASE give me another spin on this, because I only see it this way, do not want a biased view, and see if there is something I am missing.
