If the G offer goes through we get 1/3 share of NEW Probe for each OLD Probe we have but the money is still 19 million in cash. So if we spread that money across 105 million share of OLD Probe it is $0.18 per existing Probe share or $0.54 per NEW Probe (35 million shares).
