Don't mean to chastise, but if you've been following the PTSC story for any considerable length of time, you should know by now that courts rarely rule on the same day as oral argument/submission of case.  And when such does occur, it is usually in the lower court (as we saw with Grewal on one or two occasions) not an appellate court.

There is no statute that sets forth a specific time frame in which the Federal Circuit must rule, so it is anyone's guess when this will occur.  Having said that, the issue presented isn't terribly unusual, so the ruling might come sooner rather than later   ---   however, I would be very surprised if it happens in the next few weeks.
