Since this appears to have been signed in September it just missed the PTSC quarter ending August 31st., which means PTSC doesn't have to report it until around mid January. HOWEVER, surely this must be shown in one of the various BK court monthly filings (for September) at least for the income that ends up as a credit to TPL. Unlss PDS delays the payout.
