Palace PArk is small fry and could not be expected to pay a large sum for the license. What is telling is that there seems to be a far reaching effort to attain licenses if in fact Palace Park signed.

I would think that they consider this a nuisance settlement assuming it is around 100 grand.

Big question still remains, why no insider buying yet from our POS BOD?
