Jimmy, thanks for posting the text of the ruling. At least we know that the Court doesn't appear to be irritated with TPL for having made the request or that it was engaging in some type of intentional delay tactic.

I'm sure TPL/PTSC are disappointed with the ruling, but by having made the motion immediately upon having seen the need, which is always good practice, they now have considerable time in which to handle the situation. As always, we shall see.
