A little humor for the holidays...

Actually, it is big humor, because I wouldn't know crap from Criso (as my Dad was always fond of saying) in terms of being of any assistance in the technical aspects of these cases.

On a more serious note, I think this is going to put some measure of "squeeze" on Otteson's firm because they are basically a "boutique" outfit. However, as I read the motion for continuance, the main problem seemed to be the briefing schedule in the ITC. If that's accurate, then I'm sure Charlie Hoge's firm will lend a hand, and, between now and then, there is surely some tech person at TPL who can be brought up to speed if necessary. It will be somewhat of a chore, but where there's a will, there's a way --- and, as I said earlier, there is enough time for adequate planning.
