"Following the prior Markman in Texas, the case was settled detrimental to PTSC shareholders. Though the Agoraboard declared "victory", to some extent in the Texas Markman hearing, the Markman did little to determine a favorable outcome for PTSC."

Considering the hype that the Markman was drawing during the J3 suit, everyone believed that because of the favorable ruling PTSC received, our troubles would be over. By now we would have been trading at $10 after a two for one split.

I'm not putting much weight on the Markman outcome, even if it appears favorable to PTSC. The way things have been going....at the eleventh hour....Barco and TPL will settle for peanuts. We'll only see a general accounting for licensing proceeds and costs for all business in past 100 days.

This partnership with TPL really began stinking when the Japanese started settling, and we no longer received detailed licensing reports.
