However, I respectfully disagree with the tone somewhat. IMO, you are painting the upcoming Markman hearing as All-or-Nothing, in rather stark, black or white terms. Goliath vs. David.
I prefer a more nuanced view. IMO, I expect PTSC/TPL to "win" on some of the questions/interpretations posed in the 1-10 proposed questions. I'm sure some of the 10 questions have more "value" than others.
What I would like more information on is how many/which questions, if any, are similar to the questions posed in the EDoT Markman hearing earlier and were PTSC/TPL the "winner" regarding those questions.
Following the prior Markman in Texas, the case was settled detrimental to PTSC shareholders. Though the Agoraboard declared "victory", to some extent in the Texas Markman hearing, the Markman did little to determine a favorable outcome for PTSC.
Hopefully, I'm not confusing people too much...But I'm a little delerious celebrating Michigan's (Alma Mater) victory over that team from Ohio !!..GO BLUE !!!!!! Virt
