Settlements are not killing us. What is killing us is the small dollar amounts of the settlements. Nuisance fees do not strike fear in the bank amounts of other offenders or inspire confidence in likely investors.

A win in a jury trail would help a lot or a settlement that is 25 to 50 times higher would turn things around quickly.

Do we, or do we not, have valuable patents?
