I think past fees and settlements have been manipulated to favor DL and TPL patents over the MMP patents.

In other words DL/TPL may have told the infringers that if you license the CORE FLASH portfolio we'll give you a huge discount on MMP licenses and settlements.

That's where the BOD failed miserably in the past.

That is they should have demanded accountability from the getgo.

Unless they knew and we don't know they knew?

I think the second option seems more valid.

I can only hope that it changes from here on out.
