Laurie,

We paid Fish dearly for our portion of the MMP--we have no obligation to Moore--his deal was with TPL. I feel sorry for him too, however, he has to work that out with DL. I don't think that our BoD had any written contract with CM. IMHO, CM is hurting PTSC by broadcasting his issues. In fact, I have often wondered if he is not trading our stock--he sure picks great times to broadcast! I hope that TPL and CM can get their issues worked out. GL, ads
