files a lawsuit against PTSC/Leckrone or files something to stop the settlement. Did any of you read the claims made against TPL by PTSC in the first amended complaint? These were serious allegations made and from what I can tell the settlement agreement did little else than to restore us back to where we were before the lawsuit.
Has the BoD made an attempt to let shareholders know the meat and potatoes of that settlement? The answer is no but the question remains, why haven't they told us?
There is a rumor that someone (or more than someone) was about to file an intervenor and coincidentally there is the announcement of a settlement. Who was PTSC and/or Leckrone afraid of or more importantly what were they afraid might be discovered by someone outside of the trinity (Moore, Leckrone, PTSC)?
I do care what happens to Chuck Moore. Without him, there would be no MMP. Shame on PTSC......new color for the BoD ....yellow for cowards.
