No I don't know. I can only go by what the release agreement states. However, I looked at the SEC filings from 2005 and as of 2011 and I still don't see Stan Caplan listed as CEO, CFO, COO, or any management position, NOR do I see him listed as a Board of Director member. He's listed simply as a warrant holder. But on the bright side, PTSC is up 0.85% today on approx 53k volume. Hope that helps.
