You have brought this up mulitple times, and here you say, "...but some SH's received compensation for signing off on the MA too. Anyone and that includes members of the BOD who gained from this should be chastised..."

I am trying to understand the culpability here. I get the fiduciary responsibilty of a BoD of a publicly traded company, but, exactly in your opinion, what is the fiduciary responsibilty of one shareholder/investor to another?
