The only way they would find out the baggage on our BOD is to stumble on to this site and browse for five seconds.

Nope. They would also go to the Company's SEC filings, where all real investors end up sooner or later without even needing to "stumble" onto to a message board, and would be able to easily confirm who is on the BoD, how much they have been paid over the last several years, and the resulting lack of profitability of virtually every venture during that same time period. It ain't rocket science.
