The concerted effort to invalidate the patent through a neverending re-exam process. Which seems to be slowing down or run its course which seems that we have prevailed.
The wright offs and the trimming of the fat to run a leaner company.
The failed aquisitions are there but we just went through the biggest down turn in our economy ever."

We say this for months and years on this forum but there are a lot of people who are not willing (or not able) to accept these reasons.
