The share price behavior after a positive news release regarding 2 new licenses is consistent with past trading patterns. 2 new licenses, regardless of how large or small, are still revenue. IMO i would expect the price to rise a bit, but not slip back again. I ask this question in earnest....was the price bump on the news and the trading of a million shares just the faithfull followers of PTSC? The trading volume just dries up the day after the news release and we fall back into the drip, drip, drip loss pattern. Are we the market on PTSC?
