Obviously there is more than meets the eyes of our EDIG investigative team here! What isn't obvious is the "MORE"....
So we just have to try to see the big picture with only some of the pieces of the puzzle.

settlements by way of court hearings (how many is that after this last one?)
A google settlement with details that "disappeared"
T.H. remains on board with new terms
Patents and baby patents

And IMO, here are a few of the missing pieces to the puzzle :
The stock price does not confirm many of the visible pieces
Lack of news ( well news that rocks that is )
NDAs ( part of the industry standard these days, but it s**ks any way )
No product or info of product "inside" ( a la Intel days )
Others using EDIG tech and getting away with it, ( so far )
Lack of a visible partnership with a heavy weight in the industry ( may be visible to some -one(s) )
Visible and transparent license agreements ( didn't we get at least one company that signed, ICNR )
