for some reason under the new system I cannot open any links, but that is an interesting sentence--especially the part you highlighted.  Could explain why there was zero income posted for the past quarter, but that would also include the Mivatek arrangement.  So maybe my guess of a $500,000 loan from Google is not quite so far fetched.  Google settled and licensed but there were "outstanding obligations or the need to provide something in the future" on the part of Edig and Edig was running out of money.  So Google loaned them about 4 months of burn rate so Edig could complete those obligations to meet the terms of the agreement.  That could explain why with no income Edig still showed $485,000 cash in the bank at the end of the quarter.  Just attempting to piece this thing together.
