Now all e.Digital has to do, in providing secure un-ramp able communications between parties, is find a vendor willing to go along with it. Unless of course, vendors just plagiarize the idea as usual and we go to court on this as well.

NUNCHI patents, for all intent and purpose , is worthless until fully tested by the PTO. They are not even worth chatting about until it happens. IMO, the validly of the patents is more important than what a judge determines of claims language at this point.
