Doni Don't sweat the issue that we've heard nothing from the "4 companies". Each company will take whatever time is required/allowed to evaluate their situation before making a decision. While this evaluation is taking place they will continue to negotiate with eDigital. As for the motion to stay, hopefully, the court will recognize it as an attempt to stall and rule accordingly. If not, it's one more obstacle to overcome. The one thing I'm certain of is that the opposing attorneys, current and future, get paid to make the legal process time consuming and expensive for us. It becomes a war of attrition. It's been a long time since we've had legal winds filling our sails and I personally feel good about our prospects, as uncertain as they might seem.
