"I personally feel good about our prospects, as uncertain as they might seem."

As do I, however, I try to keep a keen eye on the ball.

I feel a lead topic for the board, is to find out what, if any, the consequences are for a defendant that applies for an inter-parties patent review...where the review is finalized positive for e.Digital.

IMO, nothing else matters until that can be determined.

What are the consequences for throwing up roadblocks, eg...Inter-parties review, in the middle of a case?

The current Micron motion is, IMO, too late, reviewing the Public PAIR for 108, Micron has not applied for a review, however, what will others do is my question?

Intel filed with the USPTO early in its case where the petition was granted by the USPTO, however, its motion to stay its judicial case was denied for, IMO, other reasons.

Intel subsequently terminated its USPTO petition.... and settled prior to its judicial claims construction hearing.
