I too feel that way , but carping about it all the time doesn't make it change .

Unfortunately the Flash-R portfolio can only bring in any significant dollars through litigation .

I would guess CA is still in it's infancy stage and no one can realistically assess and pronounce Nunchi as being so necessary a building block that it needs to be licensed to go forward , so we wait .

As to MS I think it is in a better position to be bought . I wouldn't think licensing is all that attractive for a chip manufacture but they may want to license it themselves.
