Clearly wishfull thinking on my part however, folks a la Apple and Intel stole our flash patents because the company was very naive in the past. Both Apple and Intel did not get their quick wins. If Edig were to let them off the hook for the flash in return for licensing Nunchi and Micro Signet they would not be drug through the mud and have to admit that they stole in the past and Edig would get the money for their new products that have Handal and Assoc. at the ready. Win, win for everyone?
