MINUTES OF THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT

On or before November 13, 2013, Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide

Defendants’ counsel with an executed Settlement Agreement.

On or before December 31, 2013, Defendant shall issue a check for

the agreed upon amount of the settlement.

On or before January 8, 2014, a Joint Motion for Dismissal of

this case shall be filed.

A Settlement Disposition Conference will be held in this case on

January 10, 2014, at 7:30 AM, in the chambers of Magistrate Judge

Gallo unless a signed Joint Motion for Dismissal of this case is

filed and a copy of the signed Joint Motion is provided to the

chambers of Magistrate Judge Gallo, prior to that time.
