sman...thing is, as the defendants noted in their motion....paraphrased..."this is a bit of an abnormal situation"...

This situation has stipulated considerations defendants want to amend....after the fact...and then consider 54(B) and redefine the time lines...etc.

Agreed and defined stipulations should be worth some kind of consideration by the judge.

The ship has already left the dock....
