IP only has value in the hands of those to who can turn it into profit

Prezactly... and that is why EDIG has engaged IP Metrics to try and license or sell our IP. EDIG is unable to profit from its own IP until/unless a partner/licensee or buyer believes in that IP and steps forward with an actual offer.

If/when that happens, EDIG will have no choice but to report this as a material event (since it would be). That's how we know that it hasn't happened yet, and why any seemingly related product launch such as Moto-X CANNOT include us because we would have already been told of a signed agreement. We're nowhere with Nunchi/MicroSignet until we're suddenly somewhere. There will be no warning or way to predict the timetable or what the potential value to us might be, yet I hold for the possibility that lightning may strike.

I expect nothing from the SHM. I believe they are checking a box and nothing more.
