SS Read it twice. Judge saw right through Apple's BS and lets them know it.

I guess now Apple's lawyers know they can't fool the Judge.

"Alternatively, a complaint may be dismissed where it presents

a cognizable legal theory, yet fails to plead essential facts under that theory"
