Doni, I believe you said it much better than I......The judge based it all on the Colorado "PRELIMINARY" hearing which is EXACTLY what Mr. Apple bloviated about for a half hour. I cannot believe someone can "buy" a judge but a "big kahuna" can influence one. As Mr. Handal expressed at least 4 different times this case must be looked at "IN IT'S ENTIRETY",which is obviously what the judge did not do.

Knowing all the facts I cannot believe EDig does not have some recourse in this area.....
