774 had a final of sorts...the judge laid down her own language...for one issue regarding 774.
Nothing was desided for 737...
Thing is, I have the issues A and B that were to be decided for 774...

The judge only ruled on the issue of B and not the full original phrase.....
A was not ruled on and it includes issues of 774.
anyway...774 was not full ligated IMO.
